Started printmaking again earlier this year and have a bunch of linocuts and etchings. Only taken pictures of a few but here's a peak. Let me know if you would like any of them as I only have access to the studio for another month. More pictures to come...

It's been a while since my last post. In fact, it's been a while since I painted/drew or did anything artistic other than enjoy some amazing museum exhibits due to some sun induced health complications.
But, break's over and I'm back! Watch this space as I gear up to prepare for the open studios this autumn. In the meantime, here are some of my travel sketches that I had been meaning to scan and print from my sketchbooks (contact me if you're interested in any of them). Will be putting up many more on the Art section of my site very soon.
A post I made on my facebook page last month...
I had meant to finish this in time for the inauguration but my hands didn't cooperate. It was meant to be pretty positive in that what's done was done and we would be paying attention.
In the meantime, he lost the right to wear his usual flag pin and earned a couple of others. Though this isn't completely done, I wanted to make sure to put it out there before his lapel ran out of space.

I had an artist open studio this past weekend with my friend Carol. It was a lot of fun! So much fun in fact that it took me a couple of days to recover! Blame my amazing friends who stopped by.
Carol and me.
Locals checking out the work.
